"We had been shopping for a vacation home or investment property for about 2 years. We decided on Incline Village because we absolutely love the surrounding area and the activities both summer and winter that it has to offer. In searching for the right vacation home, you have to select the right Realtor first. Bruce was diligent at describing the conditions of each of the homes (good and bad) and both represented us as if they were buying the house themselves. It is not every day that you can feel comfortable in a transaction knowing that the people representing you have your best interest in mind.

Given the fact that we have been in sales for nearly 20 years ourselves, it is uncommon to find people that you can put trust in when making an investment decision.
